We provide each of your team members with a free, sleek and lightweight desktop widget that allows them to automatically track all of their working time on the fly, with style and ease. The application gives you an overview of all pending tasks, along with the time already spent on them and the time left to reach estimates. Just select the task you need to work on and hit start, the system will than do the math. When you finish your work on a task, just hit stop or take another task. It's as simple as that.
Lay back, you don't need to do anything at all, the system will take care of that. When Tracking Time's Desktop Widget is running and the user didn't log in or didn't take a task a pop up window will appear to notify him that he is not tracking. Furthermore, to be sure that the user is tracking the right task, the same pop up window will show up to inform him, which task he's actually tracking.
In case somebody tracked the wrong task, worked offline, or just forgot to track any work at all, account administrators can use our interactive Time Editor to modify existing time entries and to add new ones as well. This way you'll always make sure, no working time is left without consideration.
Since all time entries from each user are sent to our server and saved there centrally, you might ask yourself what happen if users loose their Internet connection while their are tracking. Well, don't worry, we already took care of that. If the Internet connection gets lost, the Desktop Widget will recognize that and start saving time entries locally on the user's computer. As soon as the connection becomes available again, the application will send all backed up entries automatically to the Tracking Time's server, so no time entries will ever get lost.
